Dr. Bernhard Lisson, Attorney-at-Law, advises enterprises on trade law and corporate law. In his focus there are consulting enterprises from the food industry and the automotive supply industry as well as the optical industry regarding the design of company relevant contracts, in particular purchase, supply and trader representation contracts as well as other contracts concerning distribution and production including the consequent legal enforcement of the resulting claims of our clients. Due to the increasing internationalization of the economy he pays particular attention to the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

A further focus of Dr. Lisson is liability law and alongside the product safety and product liability law for enterprises including the enforcement and defense of claims. Dr. Lisson furthermore advises corporations and their institutions on disputes concerning corporate law as well as on the defense of liability and damage claims and avoidance claims enforced by insolvency trustees.

A further focus of Dr. Bernhard Lisson is private construction law concerning its enforcement and the defense of remuneration warranty claims, but also the consultation concerning public-private partnership projects.

For his activities Dr. Lisson inures the benefits of his long-term forensic experience as well as his long-term membership at the Thuringian workshop for corporate law and bankruptcy law.
